Bennie SkyWatch's free tier (live positions, estimated arrival, static routes) is free forever — nothing to refund there. This policy covers the optional Premium subscription only.
Premium is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription billed at $4.99/month through Paddle.com. You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app, or directly through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you're not happy with Premium, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Contact bennieskywatch@proton.me with your order/receipt reference (from your Paddle confirmation email).
Beyond the first-purchase window above, renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law — cancel before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
If you're in the EU/EEA, digital subscriptions like this one normally come with a 14-day withdrawal right — which is exactly what section 2 above already gives you, matched to when you actually start using the service rather than a separate legal formality on top of it.
Since Paddle is the merchant of record for this purchase, approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/card issuer, typically a few business days.
